Plug the phone adapter into your router and cordless base station or landline phone.

Your phone will come with a temporary number if porting or a new number if you choose.

Can I keep my same number?
Yes, your number can be transferred from another carrier to JTN.
What equipment do I need?
We use an ATA (pictured above) that connects between your router and your regular home phone. If you have a cordless phone system already, there is no wiring to change throughout the home.
Do I need another line for my fax machine?
No, we use fax passthrough so your faxes will pass to the fax machine seamlessly.
Do you support 1-800 numbers?
Not at this time.
Does this support call routing internally, call trees, auto attendant, or custom greetings?
Not on our standard phone offering, but we will be happy to help if you require a SIP system. Contact us to discuss further.
